What happens if I don't use all my included hours?
Unused hours from your weekly allocation expire at the end of each week and cannot be carried over.
Can I bring guests?
Yes! Standard bays allow up to 4 players total, so you can bring up to 3 guests with you.
Is there a joining fee?
No joining fees or setup costs. Your first month is prorated based on when you join.
What if I want to upgrade or downgrade my membership?
You can change your membership level at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
