01Can I hire a private space for a party or work event?
Yes. The Tee Bay in Botany, East Auckland offers private VIP rooms, joined VIP rooms and a Premium Lounge for birthday parties, work functions, team gatherings and celebrations with friends and family.
02How much is a VIP room, and how many people can it hold?
A VIP bay is $90 per hour including GST and suits 6–8 people per bay. Each room has a golf simulator and lounge seating.
03Can I join two VIP rooms for a larger group?
Yes. Join VIP 1 + 2 or VIP 3 + 4 for two golf simulators and shared seating. Each joined pair holds up to 20 people and costs $180 per hour in total for the pair, including GST.
04What is included in the Premium Lounge?
The Premium Lounge has a golf simulator, pool table, SKY TV Sports and lounge seating, with room for up to 25 people. Hire is $160 per hour including GST.
05Does everyone need golf experience?
No golf experience is needed. All levels are welcome, whether your group plays regularly or is trying it for the first time. The Premium Lounge also has a pool table and lounge seating for time together between turns.
06Are food and drinks available?
Yes. We have a fully licensed bar, plus snacks and finger foods that can be ordered and paid for on the day. Outside catering can be arranged on request; please discuss this with our team in advance.

07Where are you, and is there parking?
Find us at Shop 5, 500 Ti Rakau Drive, Botany, Auckland. We are within a large complex with plenty of parking.
08How do I enquire about an event?
Complete the Plan Your Event form with your preferred date and time, number of guests, preferred space and any special requirements. Our team will discuss availability and arrangements with you. Submitting the form is an enquiry and does not confirm a booking.
09Can I bring my own cake, food or drinks?
You are welcome to bring your own cake. Other outside food and drinks are not permitted. If you would like outside catering, please arrange it in advance with our team.
10What payment is needed to secure my booking?
Your bay booking is secured with full payment of the bay hire. Snacks and drinks are ordered and paid for on the day. Outside catering requires advance booking and a 50% deposit.
